I have 16GB (4 x 4GB) of ram that came inside two separate late-2020 27inch iMacs (the last iteration of that model). All are genuine from Apple and I have been able to test all four in the one iMac and confirm it shows up as the full 16GB and at 2667. Upon arrival both machines had full ram upgrades so these have been barely used and are pristine/work perfectly.
