Two-roomed, fully furnished, homely garden studio with separate shower/laundry and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, bedside tables and lamps and antique wardrobe. The living area has a new digital TV and DVD player (plus heaps of DVDs), entertainment cabinet, sofa, dining table and chairs. Wifi broadband is available.

The unit is equipped with a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, double hotplate, electric frying pan, juicer, cutlery and crockery so you can fix yourself simple meals and save on eating out expenses.

Now with brand new reverse cycle air conditioning / heating and overhead fans in both rooms.

Within walking distance of the cappuccino strip, beach, shops, public transport and all that Fremantle has to offer. Tourist information is available and we're happy to recommend where to eat, and what to see and do.

Very quiet and secure in peaceful, private garden. No smoking, no rowdy behaviour or parties, and no pets (we already have a dog).

Only $100 a night (minimum 3 nights) or $600 a week.

A maximum of two guests is preferred. However, for short stays, we can put a single bed in the living area and accommodate three people, at an extra cost of $50 a day.
