Sofa and chair to be sold together or separately $100 NEGOTIABLE we need them gone We bought a new couch so getting rid of this one. The sofa can seat 3-4 and reclines on both sides to nearly flat. The chair doesn’t recline as the mechanism is broken unfortunately but is big and comfortable for 1, or 2 if you like cuddling. It is a suede material that was steam cleaned last year and when it is steam cleaned it comes up beautifully. There are some small stains and a small rip in one of the sofa

Dark grey 4 seater lounge with chaise. We bought this brand new in 2021 for $1300. I've given it a light vacuum, but it would do well with a shampoo. Our cat has gotten to it, hence the pics of the marks. There is a couple stains on it and under one cushion, there is a rip where the fabric has come from the base foam. 300$ ono.
