Hi my name is Michelle Pool and I am a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out.
Growing up I had no interest in team sport and always dreaded sports days at school. Although I had some interest in dance (Jazz) and aerobics, so participated in jazz ballet after school hours and carried on to do eisteddfords and yearly concerts. When I left school I was a bit of a ‘gym junkie' and couldn't get enough exercise as I always wanted to look good and feel great about myself & to increase my confidence and self esteem just as most people (especially women) do to have that so called ‘perfect' body.
I have always had a passion for health and fitness and have had no choice but to follow a healthy eating plan for the last 15 years after being diagnosed with a couple of minor lifelong illnesses. This is not so hard for me as I love healthy food (& the occasional yummy treat!) and to keep active.
I also work as a weight loss practitioner in Newcastle and love the positive environment and smile on people's faces when they achieve their well-earned results they are after. It is so rewarding!!
I love mixing with people from all walks of life and am very approachable.
I am very keen to see my clients commit to an exercise program so I can encourage and motivate them to achieve their desired short-term or long-term goals!
