Hi I have a beachfront cottage at Pt. Clinton that i am looking at expresions of interest to rent . With the rainfall around 14 inches per year and only 4 x 1000 gal. tanks It has limited water so would best suit a couple as extensive families would deplete this resource although water can be bought . Any running repairs which i dont know any any at the moment but may crop up would have to be catered for by you . It has two studio bedrooms, a sunroom large kitchen overlooking the sea and a clean functional bathroom . I was living there and did some refurbishing it has a modern stove and fridge , aircon pressured water and is quite and secluded . It is up for sale at the moment so with given notice an inspection may have to take place so those that keep a neat house would be suited .
