Topcon XT Survey grade GNSS receiver for base or RTK. GPS primary.
Comes with Getac PDA with Topcon Topsurv 8 for acquisition. As per photos. While not up to the job for major survey activity, it would be more than suitable as a Base Station, RTK via NTRIP or a survey student. The green tape is only there to stop the power being plugged into this connector as it has the same pin config as the data port. This was a design flaw later rectified.

Programmable CO2 sensor with 240v power
Measures PPM for CO2 and TVOC (total volatile organic compounds), displays on lcd. You can set minimum and maximum ppm levels which will automatically switch on a 250 v power point. Example use case, if CO2 ppm reaches 600ppm, switch power on ( air filter, fan, oxygen solenoid valve etc) , otherwise if ppm is less than 400 ppm, switch power off. Can be programmed to cater for your own individual needs. Hardened carry case is extra. I can also build other bespoke electronic systems as required.
