Yamaha 15 hp 4 stroke outboard it is missing the carburettor it turns over by hand with out the spark plugs,I bought it on an online auction in Queensland. The description was 15 hp Yamaha 4 stroke outboard it was sitting on a pallet. I couldn’t tell if it was a long shaft or short shaft, I so I just bought the outboard, paid $350 for it plus freight it is no good to me being short shaft so I am selling it for what I paid and lose the freight charge. It's an old mercrusier 350 with a quadrajet on it. Now I bought it with it been just rebuilt which mean in theory it will need to be ran in. it has a 485 leg(I think) that goes with plus everything that makes it work in a boat. So dash plus wiring harness, as I said the leg plus a brand new bottom part where the prop goes on to. Hydraulic rams to tilt the leg up. Tinny registered for 12 months, with a 30 hp Mercury. 2 stroke fuel mix motor on the back. Short leg. Pretty fast motor, excellent condition, hasn’t been used for about 2 years. Has been fresh water cleaned after every use. May need a service as it’s been sitting. starts first few pulls every time.
