$80 for 3 seater couch, $15 for each additional seating position, eg a 5 seater couch is $110


I walk through with the customer, check for stains and confirm room numbers at the commencement of each job, so we both understand costs and any potential problems


I also provide a licensed pest control service, general vacating pest service, Internal / external treatment for cockroaches, ants, fleas, silverfish, spiders etc, 1-2 bedroom unit or house $90 a 3-4 bedroom unit or house $130 complete with a receipt for your real estate.


My Pest & Carpet clean PACKAGE, includes, 3 rooms and a small hall carpet cleaning and internal/external pest treatment for just $160.


I guarantee my work 100% and use safe, child and pet friendly cleaning chemicals, pest control is guaranteed for 6 month, or I will return for free.


My carpet machine is completely portable, so those jobs in tricky places are no problems.... 2 or 3 story, or hi-rise..... Easy.

You get what you pay for! Stains not removed.

Price was cheap, result was very disappointing and unsatisfactory. Some stains (from normal wear and tear) were not removed and no attempt to re-do those areas was offered. I was able to remove those stains by using white vinegar and bi-carb soda. Less than adequate service - not recommended.

Rude language towards customers, not too great to

Using explicit language, calling his own customers names, such as 'bloody lazy'. Original promise was that this dude drops off the keys to me when the cleaning is done, he refused to do so, and called me bloody lazy for not being there to collect the keys.
