DAMAGED. We think the water exit became blocked and it overheated and damaged the rings allowing oil to get through and clogging up the spark plug. If we clean the spark plug we can get it to run but it blows a lot of black smoke indicating rings and then it stops when the oil cloggs the spark plug. It is less than 2 years old and was fully serviced a few months ago so it was going well, before.
