Two rooms of a two-storey house for rent. The house is situated in a safe and quiet suburb with bus stops 10A right in front.
Close to the city and Glenelg. Suitable for students. (direct Bus to Adelaide University, Bradford Collage, Uni SA, RAH, Glenelg...)

Free wireless internet available, but UTILITY BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
We pay the first $140.00 for water bill per quarter..... :-)
Land lord will drop in regularly to maintain the lawn and the garden area, but home duties are shared between housemates.

We love this house and we’d like to rent it out to someone that can respect the house as much as we do.
The house and all bedrooms are fully furnished. Air conditioners (cooling and heating) work for the whole house. Each room has fair big space with built in wardrobe.

The rent is $135.00 per week or $125.00 per week with a minimal six months contract (not assignable).
Four weeks rent is to be paid up front as well as $500.00 bond.
Short stays welcome............. MIN STAY ONE MONTH @$140.00 PER WEEK....... :-)
