The principal instructor is first generation (trained by a genuine master) trained and has trained for over 30 years. He has developed a very simple yet effective manner of instruction which almost guarantees results.
If you are after ring fighting, this art is not for you.
These classes are about self-discipline and self-improvement whilst having all the health benefits of a traditional ancient martial art (Chi). If you are serious, send us an email and we will get back to you ASAP.
Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6pm – around 7pm and are $60 per month. No training gear (apart from black training pants and white t-shirt) is required.
This is real deal martial arts and this add will be removed once the limited class numbers are filled.
