Kai Arts and Music offers piano lessons and violin lessons taught by highly qualified teachers. Our teachers hold Master of Music degree, Bachelor of Music in Performance degree, specialising in Music Theory, and highly experienced in group and ensemble teaching. We welcome students of all ages, and we teach all styles, from leisure to AMEB graded exams.
For those learning for leisure, we ensure that you enjoy learning all aspects of music from being able to play by ear to being able to read music. For the students who want to achieve a high performance standard, we encourage exams, competitions and public performances.
We are experienced in preparing students for scholarship auditions to various public and private high schools. Our teachers are well-versed in preparing students for ATAR music studies.
We hold annual music camp in which participants learn to play in ensemble, duets, quartets and work on high level solo performances. Our annual camp concert is a good avenue for students to showcase what they have learned over the year.

Our group lessons prepare students for ensemble, string orchestra participation. We take our groups to competitions to give the students the experienced and to motivate them in their instrumental learning. Group lessons can lead to individual lessons when students reach the level of AMEB grade 3.
