Here is a 5 vinyl LP record boxed set of the legendary showman, performer, and country music singer, Tex Morton. (1916~~1983) The original 93 songs were done between 1936 and 1943. This boxed set was recorded from those original 78 RPM records of the David L. Crisp Collection. The cardboard box, the five vinyl records, and the double insert are all in near excellent condition. Here is a 24 page program from the 1986 Brisbane Rugby League Grand Final. It was held at Lang Park on Sunday the 21st of September, between Wynnum Manly and Brothers. The program is in quite good condition for 38 years old. There is light coffee stains as seen in second last photo. Nothing serious. Titled The Chirping Crickets, it was issued to celebrate Buddy Holly and The Crickets touring Australia that year. There is personal messages from the boys to Australian fans, on the back cover. Here is a very rare Rugby League book from 1962. This book has a very strong connection to the Stafford State School, with two Kodak prints from 1967. The book itself is a 126 page hardback, with dust jacket, and is in remarkably good condition, for 60 years. Great articles and black and white photos of some of the legends of Rugby League, including Clive Churchill, Norm Provan, Barry Muir, John Raper, Reg Gasnier, and many more. Here is a Qantas Australian Grand Prix cap from 1999. It is in near excellent condition, with the little knob missing from the top of the cap. The front peak is sewn rubber and felt. Please note. Here is a completely intact The Courier Mail newspaper, dated Thursday June 13 1991. It features Queensland Maroons captain, Wally Lewis, holding aloft the State of Origin shield, after winning the series the night before. This is the very photo from which the Wally Lewis statue out the front of Lang Park, is based on. So, a bit of Maroons history here.
