Newell Motor Coach build No. 191 (Motorhome)
Purpose built in Miami, Ohio, USA on Newell‘s own chassis (Vin/Chassis No. 16VTX081XR1A60923) as a right hand drive, 12.2 meters long x 2.5 meters wide with Off-Side, Mid-Entry main door. It is powered by a 12.06 Litre, 8V92TA DDEC II Detroit engine (S/No. 8VF 1251578087-7B40) rated at 353.5 Kilowatts (475hp) @ 2100 RPM, Torque: 1830.4 N-m (1350 lb-ft) @ 1200 RPM and coupled to an Allison HT740 4 speed automatic gearbox, will cruise all day and night at 100 kph no problems in passing road trains, caravans or climbing hills; the radiator was re-cored in April 2010.
The coach was completely renovated in 2008 with the interior being professionally designed and decorated in a neutral colour scheme of Alabaster, Taupe and Blue accessories it is complimented by corian dinette table and countertops.
The coach sits on 12 Firestone airbags and has only travelled 58,110 Kilometres as at 09 May 2013. New tyres were fitted including the spare to ALCOA rims in September 2012. The motor coach is also accompanied with a purpose built 5.50 meter enclosed car trailer rated at 3.300 Tonnes with Left hand, right hand and rear opening doors, it is fitted with electric brakes and colour coded to compliment the coach.
The coach is licensed to carry 4 personnel including the driver, 2 captain’s chairs fitted with integrated seat belts and 2 seats fitted with lap seat belts facing forward at the dinette, the coach has ample ceiling, pelmet, down and emergency aisle lighting, padded vinyl walls and ceilings and 2 x 4.9 metre Fiamma F65 roof mounted awnings. There is an air operated concealed floor that covers the stair well to prevent accidents and is also a security benefit. 4 x 9kg gas cylinders, Westinghouse GHL11S gas cook top, SMEV 8000 gas oven, Panasonic NN-SD686S microwave oven, Vitrifrigo DP2600 240Litre 12/24v compressor fridge/freezer plus a 60 Litre Norcold fridge/freezer located on an air slide in an outside storage bin, 2 x JVC TV Monitors, Oyster Satellite TV system plus Saturn Omni 3000 TV antennae coupled to a SignalMAX SMT-2100 receiver, GME TX4400 UHF CB Transceiver and Hema Navigator 5 plus Garmin nuvi 465 (truck) GPS systems, Necvox 7.0” 16:9 colour reversing camera.
Remote start Kubota GL6000-STD 5.5kVA generator on air slide, 2 x roof mounted air conditioners, 5 x Solar panels, Phoenix MultiPlus 12/3000/120 Inverter, Zantrex battery monitor, TriStar Solar system controller, Large house battery, Coleman 9949-750XA gas BBQ, Bosch 17E gas hot water system and Microphor, Microflush LF-210 toilet system which uses 2 Litres of water per flush and 12v Thomas air compressor.
Main Fuel tank: 846 Litres; Auxiliary Fuel tank: 232 Litres; Black/Grey tank: 454 Litres; Fresh water: 443 Litres; Tare Mass: 14.740 Tonnes and Gross Mass: 20.412 Tonnes, Mechanically - Very Good, serviced regularly by MTU Detroit.
