This old Johnson needs a good service and a bit of care as it hasn't been used now for about 2 years as i replaced it with a new motor, it has the throttle cables and the starter worked fine, i'm not mechanicly minded so i wouldn't know how to start it to show you how it runs but anybody that knows boat engines will know what to look for.
