Old caravan - still weatherproof , although the roof will not last too many more years in the rain, it will need to be restored, or parked undercover.
It has been semi fitted inside with hardwood benches and cupboards, although the final touchs are incomplete. The hardwood makes the van heavy so a decent size vehicle is needed to tow it.
It has an air con, stove and fridge in it although I'm not sure if any or all of them work or not.
