I am selling this caravan for a friend. The caravan has been situated at the Mannum Caravan Park and the owner has updated to a larger caravan so no longer needs this one.

Everything works and is in good repair (3 way fridge, 12v-240v) and with near new suspension, brakes and tyres is ready for work and play.
Receipt for $420.00 spent recently repairing and servicing cabling for roof.
Tarp doesn't come with it but as you can see a 20ft x 24ft one gives lots of useful space for verandahs/ventilation and a carport.
