I have a bag awning to suit Jayco Eagle, on road version. Excellent condition - no tears or marks. I also have a Kakadu Annexe to suit comprising 4 windows, 2 doors and draught skirt. This has only been used once, hence as new condition. To buy this package new would cost approx. $2,700 excluding fitting.
The only reason why we are selling this is because my 74 year old husband has developed arthiritis in his hands and knees and finds it hard to put up.
I bought this to do up, which still has not happened. It needs the new 12v large capacity fridge, 240v/Gas stove and gass hot water heater installed. It also comes with a 240v/12v transformer battery charger/manager.
Tows great and is very comfy for a family of 4. It will sleep 8 plus more in the full size annex which includes a shower/toilet room.
The rear section will need some TLC some time in the next couple of years which is easy enough to do if you have basic carpentry skills.
