We have been running boxfit classes every Tuesday and Thursday for 1 hour from 4.30pm -5.30pm. We have been training with an ex boxer around the jackadder lake. Classes are free. At the moment we have 3 guys and 4 girls in the group. So come along. Would be handy if you brought a pair of boxing gloves and a yoga mat. Not to worry if you don't we may have spares on the day.
