I have combined the Zumba Fitness program with the new specialty program Zumba Sentao and I have created a 1 hour workout with both cardio and toning. In Zumb Sentao we keep the Zumba flava but with the addition of a chair we tone and sculpt our core without having to get on the floor to do push ups or sit ups.
