Hi. We're looking to rent out my comfy couch / lounge room to get a bit of extra rent money.
It includes use of unlimited broadband ADSL2+, washing machine, kitchen, bathroom, and a TV screen (Not connected to anything but good for connecting to a laptop for movies etc).
We are located close to the CBD in Reservoir St, Surry Hills.
