Absoultely verstaile when practicing in your room. If you want to get to the cranked-up valve amp sound with such small volume then This thing would definately help you to get what you want.
I've been using this since last year of december and I found this really really useful, espeically in my room.
It is 8 OHMS and people always ask me what the OHMS is and IT IS 8 OHMS!! :)

For sale is a vintage MD211 mic, these are very nice microphones, but unfortunately this one has some kind of issue - it outputted at an extremely low level, and when opening it up to have a look the two wires from the capsule broke off near the connection and it's a bit fiddly for my crappy soldering iron I have over here - so I thought I'd let it go (I have two XLR ones anyway).
Doesn't come with Tuchel adaptor, but I can sell you mine for an extra $30.
