I have hand reared 8 "Barter and son" cross bred chickens from a day old. they are a mixture of Rhode island Australorp and leghorn crosses. Barter and sons have a great reputation for chickens and we have been buying and hand raising them for many years. We retail them for the same amount as you would buy from Barter and sons. These little girls are very healthy and friendly and come when they are called.
