A few of the top net ropes have broken & we have replaced them with normal rope which works fine. Net itself is in good condition - purchasing a new net will only originate the Vuly ropes. You can purchase a new net if you wish to. Includes tent - we have never used still In box - valued at $598.00 As is. Pick up in New Beith, will dismantle for easier transportation.
