1999 Honda CR250 - Gold Rims & Full FMF Pipe

Bike had a rebuild with a new hot rods crank. When it was started it was stuck in gear. I pulled the clutch side cover off and found the selector pawl installed incorrectly. I reinstalled that and put it back together and it was selecting all of the gears. I rode it for about 20meters and then the back wheel locked up. It looks like there is an issue with the gear box as when I remove the clutch basket the crank and piston still turn over Bike cannot be started at present

2011 YZ 250F.. need sale!!!
