I have boooked a three bedroom apartment in the heart of Byron Bay (on the beach too!) for the 5 nights over the Splendour weekend. A few people missed out on tickets so now ive got a few spare beds! Cost will probably be around $200 per person for the whole 5 nights, for a nice apartment!

Accommodation wanted for Splendour weekend. 2 bedrooms or more ok.
Preferably in Brunswick area close to festival. Not in Byron.
3 people all over the age of 40 so the property will not be treated as a party house.
Price very negotiable.
