This is a National reel to reel tape recorder, made in Japan and bought by myself in Hong Kong in 1966. Beautifully crafted wooden cabinet, stored carefully inside house and unused for past forty five years. I don't want to try it with tapes as my tapes are now old and would possibly damage the heads with the oxide. Technical condition unknown but it was great when I last used it in the seventies ! This is a Tascam DA-30 Dat recorder and player. In great condition and working order. Comes with box of 10 DAT tapes (only used once) and Original Operation Manual. Recently tested but only seen studio use as a mastering machine. For many years i have used this as a high end Analog to Digital interface with Logic Audio in the studio.
