My name is Fleur and I'm from Holland. I'm working at the moment in Sydney and just finish my travels through Australia, it was an awesome trip, with lots of drinking and $5 pizza's & noodles ;) I did some exercise while I was travelling but now it's time to really train ...and get my body back! Only 'problem' is, is that I really don't know how to train, how to use the good muscles etc, so I need help!! :) But where can I find the right personal trainer? I hope to show more
Former PT/Competitive Athlete now needs strong trainer 2-3 days per week. looking for both studio and outdoor cardio training. looking for a tight schedule regime. Need to lose 6-8kg and increase tone muscle definition by xmas 2015.
