Antique Silky Oak nest of tables circa 1935
This elegant side table is based on a design popularised by legendary Queensland furniture maker Ed Rosenstengel. Made from Silky Oak around 1935, it's lacking the signature red Rosenstengel label. Which means either it's a very good copy by a rival cabinetmaker of the era, or the labels haven't survived. Either way, it's a lovely piece. Best of all, you get five tables in one!
