    I am seeking a house sitter for my rural property in Mt Pleasant whilst I prepare it for sale. Free rent in exchange for gardening assistance on 5 acre property and feeding of 3 sheep. Must be honest and capable with character references. Own room and full use of furnished house, garage avail to store caravan if required. This would suit retiree couple with a caravan seeking somewhere to settle in comfort for a short period of time. No dogs please as the property is not completely fenced.
