Short term - room available in large beach house (Nth Curl Curl)

I am travelling overseas from 26 May 2013 until 5 July 2013 (6 weeks) & want to rent out my bedroom. Walking distance to the shops & beach. Amazing location!!! The room is furnished with a queen bed & 2 bed side tables, the room also has a built in wardrobe. You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 guys (who are extremly clean & tidy).
