Lafayette SK-500 Tri-axial speakers were made in England for Lafayette Radio by Goodmans of England, Goodmans Triaxiom speakers were quality drivers comparable to Tannoy, Wharfedale, JBL, and Electro-Voice models. The cast frame appears the same as that used on several Goodmans driver including the Axiom 301. The SK-500 is an interesting model that does not seem to have an equivalent in the Goodmans line. Authentic Goodmans XB45 from Hampshire England late 1970s. Bought in Adelaide, original owner. Great sounding analog speakers for 10-60 watt, 4 or 8 ohm amplifiers. New baffles in place. No sound grilles, they are long gone. Cabinet will benefit from a polish. Have to let them go due to downsizing.
