I've bitten the bullet and am trying to train for spartan . I am at boot camp and trying to get my fitness up . An looking for trainers /boxers /anyone that would happily dedicate some time to training me with functional exercises that I need to improve such as pull ups/chin ups vital skills to make it to the end .
