Hi there, sadly it's time for me to part with my aero pilates. I love this machine, it was fun to use and it really did help me alot and I enjoyed it especially after having a baby. We have recently moved into a smaller house and there is now no room for it, so I have decided to sell it. The Aero Pilates machine come with a cardio bouncer, foot flexer, floor mat, three instructional DVDs, stand and four cords. It was bought when my achilles tendon was so bad I couldn't run. Perfect alternative for everyone as your body weight is supported. I actually went on to come 3rd in a World Championship after not physically running for two months.
