Would be sharing with a easy going 42yo self employed bloke who likes to fish, golf ,a bit of a punt and have a few beers at the bowlo when time permits.
Would also be sharing with 2 Burmese cats , both have unique personalities, one is Daddys boy and the other is Mr Social, i wouldnt expect you to feed them or clean there litter tray but if circumstances occured you would be asked to possibly feed the boys.
2 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent would be required to secure the room.
Sub Lease available if required.
Price includes bills (Electricity and. Water)
100/40 nbn is a extra $50 a month
