Look up MDC videos on Youtube to see the base specs and set up. These are not sold new any more but the videos are still there. Includes the annex with floor and walls. One of the four annex roof poles needs replacing, but it works fine with 3 - that is the only fault. Includes full kitchen. Includes all checker plate cabinets and tool box (massive storage space).

I am 6'3" and as you can see in the photo I can stand up easily on the step through section, and even at the lowest part of the tent. Plenty of room inside for bunk beds (not included). Steep roof so water runs off easily. Tow bar point at the back lets you put a bike rack on (not included).

Never been subject to finance, no issue with REVS check (important to note, as MDC regularly offers financing).

Will consider genuine (five figure) offers. No tire kickers or low ball offers. Happy to set up and demonstrate for the genuine buyer (not for window shoppers).
