As Administration Manager, you will be based in our Kallangur Head Office, overseeing the administration function for Local For You.
This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday standard business hours.
Responsible for the management of financials such as accounts receivable, debtor management, purchase orders and invoicing, your attention to detail and excellent organisation skills will be critical. As an integral team member, you will play a pivotal role building and maintaining relationships with our clients (Restaurant Partners), internal stakeholders and oversee Virtual Assistants based in Thailand and the Philippines. You will need to have a commitment to process improvement. You will be an all-rounder and not afraid to help out where needed, including assisting in Marketing on any campaigns and data collection, as well as support the existing Admin Staff in the facilities management of both centres.
We are looking for a proactive and skilled administration professional. In addition, you will also bring:
Previous experience with accounts payable, receivable and invoicing.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - or similar we use a Google based version of this. Google Drive experience an advantage
Able to implement new processes and carry out instructions from CEO
High level administrative and organisation skills coupled with attention to detail
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with a proven history of forging strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to show initiative, maintain confidentiality and proactively problem solve as required
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload, driven, punctual, confident, with a "can do" attitude
Tech savvy with a willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

We build Online Ordering Systems for Restaurants and Fast food outlets. We currently focus on providing this service to Thai Restaurants and Fish n Chip shops. Our platform is commission Free and can save the Restaurant partner $1000’s in commissions charged by other suppliers. We also increase their revenue upto 30% monthly by providing a marketing system for them. We are currently opening a new office in Thailand and in Brisbane. Your role and experience will be a critical key member of the management team in building and implementing the right systems to look after our growing customer base.
This is a Full-time position with a Salary to compensate with experience.
