I'm looking for a female housemate in a lovely 2bed 1 bathroom apartment who can move in from 1st Feburary. You will be sharing this place only with me:)!

Your room will be fully furnished with a Queen-size bed, built in Desk, a chair, a bedside table, a bookshelf, a shoe cabinet and built in wardrobe.

The room is big enough to fit extra furniture so you can bring more if you have some.

Entire house is furnished as well which you can feel free to use anything and there is also 50' TV in the living room(Not in photo yet but there is!).

There is IGA/LIQUOR SHOP on the ground floor of our building which is best thing ever. So easy to grab chocolate or ice cream at night without walking too far.

outdoor garden and roof top garden as well. I watched fire work on New years night with a friend, I could see entire city view from Richmond to Dockland.

***Very importantly, this building is SMOKE FREE, PET FRIENDLY.

Very welcome to bring your dog if you have one but strict NO for a smoker.

Also, No shoes inside, please. there is indoor slippers so feel free to use it.

This place is located in 1 Lygon street, Brunswick.

there are tram stops and bus stops right in front of this house and Jewell train station which takes 10 min by walk.

There is a shopping centre(Kmart, COLES, WOOLWORTHS etc.) 10min walking distance from here as well.

Just little bit about me,

I'm Gabby. I've been in Australia for 6 years now, and currently working as a full time barista and a casual latte art/barista trainer.

Sometimes, I work at both places so leave home at 5:30am ish and come back home at 9:30pm ish.

There will be a day that you don't see me at all, it means I work all day or sleep in my room like a corpse.

I like doing nothing on my day off like everyone else, watching movie or TV show with food from Uber eats, feel free to join me.

I'm expecting you to be a NON SMOKER and a pet lover. I'm planing to adopt a puppy in 3 months so it will be great if you can give a little care.

This is very important, HYGIENE! Clean your hair after a shower. Not just shower booth, check the floor as well.

Clean your dishes after you cook or you eat for next person to use.

There is a very brand new vacuum, please feel free to use it to clean your room and shared spaces as well.

I know it sounds fussy but it's actually pretty reasonable once you do it:)

Your friends can come over as long as you let me know but I don't want strangers walking around the house and staying over a night regularly.

I want this place to be cozy, quiet and relaxing home home, rather than a party house.

We can organize dinner or brunch at home with our friend definitely but too much is never good, you know what I mean, right:)?

Rent fee is $255 per week including entire bills(water, electricity and internet.)

Bond is $ 765 which is 3 weeks rent fee. it will be great if you can pay fortnightly or monthly rather than weekly.

there is a indoor car park, you can use it with $100 deposit for a garage key.

You can move in from 1st February on Friday.
