4 Results: New & Used in Speakers in Byron Bay 2481, NSW

I have a pair of AudioEngine 5A Active Monitor style Speakers. As can be seen the dust cap on one woofer is missing which isnt really an issue, but both tweeters dont seem to be working. Ive read up and it seems more likely faulty capacitors in the crossovers to be the cause. Anyway to compensate ive set them up as pictured in the last photo using a sound bar to provide the high end freqs. This arrangement sounds quite nice but volume wise would best suit a smaller space. As new Genelec 8030C studio monitors. Only used for about two projects. These have only been in the studio. I have a pair of 8010's that i use regularly and haven't required the use of the 8030's for a while. I am moving into modular synths and need money for the adventure down the rabbit hole.....
