We are looking for super enthusiastic experienced contract cleaners to join our

wonderful Facilities/Cleaning Company in the ACT

Our facility management company are the leading providers of

Strata property maintenance/commercial cleaning services and are looking for

dedicated cleaners to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties the

cleaner will be in charge of maintaining all common property areas to the highest

quality, attention to detail and a positive attitude is a must

Respect, honesty, and customer focus.

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates must be willing to deliver a wide range of cleaning services and work to a specification specific to each site.

General cleaning of all common property to a very high standard.

including but not limited to

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wall marks, cleaning windows, glass surfaces, cobweb removal etc.

Bathroom amenities, replacing consumables

Litter picking

Garages

External areas

Waste bin services including waste bin sanitation plus bin areas

Maintaining and upkeep of all equipment

Reporting to manager any issues encountered whilst on site or recommendations.

Requirements and qualifications

PTY LTD

Working rights

Public liability insurance

Excellent presentation

Must be reliable

Good command of English language and written skills

Ability to complete reports

Ability to work alone or with a partner

Reliable with dedicated professionalism to job and duties

Paying attention to detail and safety when cleaning

Organized and be able to follow specifications

Sound knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, techniques for cleaning and

safe work practices

One-year Experience in the cleaning industry essential

Own Vehicle and equipment.
