Your new role
Step in to manage a property portfolio of under 100 properties, routine inspections, vetting tenancy applications, arranging and following up on maintenance with contractors, minimal rental exhibitions and over all building strong relationships with the landlords and tenants.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must hold a valid ACT certificate of registration, a current drivers licence and your own vehicle. Proven experience in a residential property management background is a must along with a can-do attitude, a self-motivator and professional image.
What you'll get in return
There is an attractive salary package that will be offered dependent on your experience and flexible working hours to work around your school drop off and pick up's or anything similar. No weekend work is required unless absolutely necessary and you will have the opportunity to work with a great team in a great location.
