I purchased this bike in August 2020 as a runner but not rideable, and have rebuilt nearly all of the bike from the ground up. There is too much to list however some the main things replaced / sorted out were:

- New piston, rings, gaskets, timing chain, spark plug, valve stem seals, oil and filter
- All valve related clearances checked and are ok, and has been re-shimmed to spec
- New O-ring chain and steel sprockets. New chain guide, and other chain guards
- Transmission oil changed
- New Pirelli tyres front and rear, medium compound
- New battery and air filter
- New barkbusters, grips, sidetstand, headlight, front plate, airbox cover, rear guard / number plates and rear brake light plastics
- New swingarm bolt and bearings, new rear brake bearings, steering head bearings cleaned and greased, new lower heim joint bearing, new front wheel bearings
- Rear brake caliper seals and master cylinder plunger replaced, front and rear brakes bled with fresh fluid
- Both wheels have been re-laced - spokes replaced with new Excel ones
- Most bolts have been replaced with new ones
- Most aluminium parts have been acid washed to remove corrosion
- Carburetor cleaned and tuned correctly. New aftermarket fuel screw
- Plus many many other small items have been fixed / replaced that were damaged, worn, missing etc.

Bike also has:
- Full FMF exhaust system
- Pivot pegs
- Bar raisers
- Aftermarket graphics and seat cover

Cons
- The bike was left outside in its previous life and has light surface corrosion / flaking paint on the rims, forks, frame, brake calipers etc. These are cosmetic only in nature (see photos).
- The graphics are peeling slightly in places, however I have left these in anticipation that the new owner may want to address these.
- The bike does not have its original hourmeter / speedometer. I have installed a new aftermarket hourmeter, but estimate the bike has done somewhere between 150-200 hours.
- Not registered

This bike has been my winter project and has cost me in excess of $3,500 and many late nights with bush chooks to get it upto race spec. I have ridden the bike hard for 1 hour only since all this work, and can happily confirm that it is ready to race and goes like a cut cat with no issues at all.
