Honda Bushlander 200ctx motorcycle road registered
The bike has had a windscreen added as well as a cigarette lighter socket for charging your phone, or at a pinch, starting your camp fire.
I changed the sprocket and chain set to give me a slightly slower top speed of 95 kph(plenty fast enough on C class sealed roads or on gravel or sand, and it is really at its best on hilly country.
I compensated for the small fuel tank by using a couple of military standard 12 litre fuel bladders (available from Liquid Containment, QLD) not part of this sale.
The advantage of the bladders over a safari tank is that they fold up to almost nothing in your panniers when you don't need them or as you empty one. And they fit nicely across the top of your dry bag held with occy straps or similar. The bike also has standard rubbsr mud flaps, bash plate and didnt require any further racks to accommodate my two soft panniers, dry bag and bladders (full).
If you are an older adventure rider as I am, forget the big Beemer GS, Africa Twins, Teneres and 790 KTMs what you need is a bike you can pick up when you drop it, and if you're riding off road you will drop it... A loaded KLR or even a DRZ650 is a beast to pick up if you're over 60, 70 etc
Tyres are nobbies Front 95%,Rear 70%
