Sofabed is in excellent condition. No marks or wear and tear. Mattress has lost some of its firmness over time. Sofabed is a dark grey and very comfortable.

In excellent condition for age. One cushion has a faded spot as pictured no significant marks or damage. Very comfortable. Selling as we have a new couch ordered. Note: Pick up would be early to mid May. Location Downer - inspections welcome.

3 2 1 Leather recliner sofa in good condition for sale. Very well cared and very comfy sofa. It comes from non smoking and no pets home. No scratches or damages visible from front but some minor scratches at the back during transport for relocation. Pickup only, can’t deliver ourselves.

Wooden futon frame retro style, very nice. One arm the timber has split. Just needs a double futon mattress.
