Dell laptop PP01L Latitude , not working for parts only

Some one give it to me .
There's no charger with it , so I can't test it , it may works , i will write what i found
1- the screen is not broken
2- the keyboard is in bad condition as you see
3- there is hard drive 40 G
4- there is memory
5- intel inside ( pentium )
6- battery still there
