MILITARIA – ROYAL MILITARY COLLEGE-DUNTROON SHOULDER TITLE
Corps and Regiments of the Australian Army adopted distinctive gold or silver anodised buttons for individual Corps and Regiments circa 1950 and continued to wear them until circa 1990, when all Corps and Regiments adopted gold or silver anodised buttons embossed with the Australian Army Badge. Embroidered woollen shoulder titles were adopted for wear on Australian Army Battle Dress and Greatcoats in the c.1950 and continued to be worn until the 1990s. The RMC–D Shoulder Title is today still worn on a khaki brassard by Staff Cadets that hold rank when wearing Dress Orders No CSC 2, CSC 3 and CSC 4.
This is a genuine Army-issue embroidered woollen winter shoulder title for ‘ROYAL MILITARY COLLEGE DUNTROON’ in unissued condition.
An opportunity for the former Staff Cadet or collector to acquire a scarce shoulder title worn by Staff Cadets of RMC-D.
Pick-up from Forest Lake or postage extra.
