c.1950s VINTAGE QUEEN ANNE TUDOR COTTAGE PATTERN CUP, SAUCER & PLATE
‘Queen Anne’ was a brand name introduced after World War 2 between 1950 – 1959 by Shore & Coggins when they produced bone china at their Edensor Works in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent. In 1966 the ‘Queen Anne’ brand name then became part of the Ridgway Potteries group and was used by them for bone china through the 1980s. This delightful trio, more than 60 years old, consists of vintage Queen Anne ‘Tudor Cottage’ pattern bone china with scalloped gold trimmed footed teacup, saucer and luncheon plate
