A very protected brown suede sofa bed which has always had a mattress protector as well as a sofa cover on it, it was a couple of years ago for $1000 for the purpose of an international relative arriving for Christmas for 2 weeks . . It’s stored in the theatre room to the side of the tv so not even sat on .. . It’s 1800 long and when in sitting position 950 high at the back . . Many other ads listed and to come . . Real leather, still really good condition I.e., leather is in tact no cuts, flaking etc. some recliners not working, only due to pull contraption handle breaking, fix this & all will work.
