Strata Managemnts for their Rental property Portfolios , both Domestic and Commercial . Due to this Association , we do not have to advertise as Work Orders come through daily for works to be undertaken on their behalf.
From a basic leak repair and callout 70 % of those would turn in to other work, as any other needed repairs noticed at the time are photographed and recommended for repair at a later date with a price attached . From those recommendations , 90% are approved by the owners to get done as well . These may range from new or reburbished roof valleys , total tile ridge and gable repoints , new flashings or repairs, membrane coating and sealing, etc
We also have on going leaf clean work at varoius properties ranging from one month to 6 months cycles with various long standing Agents .
Leaf Guard instalation is also another arm of the Business , and we supply and install for one Sydney Building Company on nearly all of their renovation / extension works . We generally use a fire rated 1 gutter guard that is truly tested through the years .
This small Business is currently operated by a Managing Director who also does much of the hands on work himself, however we do also use Sub Contractors of long standing and reliability for much of the work as well as too much for one person to handle and only increasing in size all the time as far as the Agents that come on board requiring our services.
The current Managing Director is now of an age where he is wanting to retire , however will happily assist with a smooth transition to ensure all Current contacts and contracts stay in place . This Business would ideally suit a young Roofer looking to start off with a Business that already has an excellent name and work ethic base with Agents, Agents by the way that usually pay within a week of Invoicing , I have no bad debtors as they all are happy when you can identify a leak source and fix it there and then , sending them the relative invoice with supporting before and after photographs and any other further recommendations .

This however could also be met by an initial Minimun Deposit is $ 60000 , followed by the remaining $40000 within a twelve month period , although this also could be extended but at an additional cost .
