I think it's for 5 to 7 year Olds. Maybe 4 year olds too. I cant remember when my daughter strated using it. She stopped when she turned 7. I have had the seat stored in my spare room. Children use car seatbelts with the seat. Was wonderful not having to buckle in anymore. Good condition.
